Terms of use

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Applies to: myrentall.com and related MyRentAll services

Not an agent or rental provider

MyRentAll is software. We are not a licensed estate agent. We are not a rental provider under Victorian residential tenancies law. We do not act for you in finding tenants, serving notices, appearing at VCAT, or holding bond money. You remain responsible for your legal duties as a landlord or renter.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid service, a listing, a tenancy, or a guarantee of access on any date. We may open access in stages (Victoria first). We may change or close the waitlist.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass anyone, or to upload content you do not have the right to use.

Features and fees

Features may be limited, in preview, or unavailable while we build. Descriptions of future features (including rent collection and the planned 2.9% fee on rent paid through MyRentAll) are plans, not a promise that a feature is live today. When a paid feature goes live, the fee and terms shown at that time apply. We will not charge platform fees for rent collection until payment processing is live.

Listings and content

If you list a property or upload documents, you warrant that you have the right to do so and that the information is not misleading. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful to the service.

No professional advice

Nothing on the site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Victorian residential tenancies law is complex. Get advice if you need it.

Availability and liability

We aim for a reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for the software and waitlist is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply. We are not liable for loss of rent, tenancy disputes, or decisions you make about tenants or properties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts of Victoria have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
