Free to list. 2.9% of the rent you receive, charged to the landlord.
Keep more of your rent.
Software for Australian landlords who manage their own property, and for the renters who deal with them directly. List, sign the agreement and run the tenancy in one place.
How it works
Finding a home
Step 1: Search
Filter by suburb or postcode, price, bedrooms, pets, features and more. See results as a list or on a map.
Step 2: Save and book
Save homes and searches, get an email when something new matches, and book a place at an open home.
Step 3: Apply and sign
Apply to the landlord directly, message them, and sign the tenancy agreement online or on paper.
Renting out your property
Step 1: List it free
Add photos, a floor plan and the details. We check the address and show you how the listing compares.
Step 2: Show it
Set open home times and group inspections. Renters book places and you see who is coming.
Step 3: Run the tenancy
Choose a renter, sign the agreement for your state, and keep rent, bond records and maintenance in one place.
MyRentAll's only fee
2.9%
of the rent you receive
Charged to the landlord. Renters never pay MyRentAll anything.
Free to list. No letting fee. No subscription.
Rent paid through MyRentAll goes into your own payments account, held by Stripe, and Stripe's processing fee is charged to that account. MyRentAll's fee is 2.9% of the rent you receive — whether your renter pays through MyRentAll or you confirm rent received another way, like a bank transfer, PayID or cash. It's charged to you, the landlord, separately from the rent. Renters never pay MyRentAll anything. The fee isn't given back if you later refund rent. The fee is invoiced to you separately and never taken from the rent.

What you can rely on
Renters never pay MyRentAll a fee
MyRentAll’s fee is charged to the landlord only, never to the renter.
MyRentAll never holds the bond
The landlord lodges the bond with the state's bond authority in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and ACT; in Tasmania the renter pays it to the Rental Deposit Authority; in the Northern Territory the landlord holds it in trust. MyRentAll never holds or collects it.
Your information stays private
Applications and documents are seen only by the landlord you apply to, and removed after an unsuccessful application. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
Direct, not a middle person
You deal with the landlord. We are software, not an agent, and we say so.
Questions people ask
Is MyRentAll an estate agent?
No. MyRentAll is software. We do not find tenants for a commission, serve notices as your agent, appear at tribunals for you, or hold bond money. You remain responsible for your duties as a landlord.
What does it cost?
Listing is free. It is invoiced to you and paid from the card or bank account you save for fees, never taken from the rent, and you need that saved payment method before renters can pay you online. On rent paid through MyRentAll, Stripe’s processing fee is also paid by you. Refunds and chargebacks come out of your payments account balance. The savings calculator shows the arithmetic for our fee.
Do I pay MyRentAll anything?
No. Renters never pay MyRentAll a fee. You pay your rent, nothing more. Nothing is added at checkout.
Does it work in my state or territory?
You can list and take applications in every state and territory. Tenancy agreements open state by state, once the wording and rules for that state have been reviewed. If yours is not open yet, you can still list and take applications.
Who holds my bond?
Not MyRentAll. Where it goes depends on your state or territory. The landlord lodges the bond with the state's bond authority in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and ACT; in Tasmania the renter pays it to the Rental Deposit Authority; in the Northern Territory the landlord holds it in trust. Your tenancy page shows the steps for your state.
