MyRentAll is software for Australian private landlords and renters. We help self-managing landlords list a property, collect rent when payments are live, sign the lease, and run the tenancy in one place — without an estate agent in the middle.

What we are

Software for the long-term rental tenancy — not a listing portal, not an agency brochure.
Built for landlords with a small portfolio who already know the property and want to keep more of the rent.
Renters get a direct, transparent path to listings and the tenancy file as those features open.

What we are not

MyRentAll is not a licensed estate agent. We are not a rental provider under Australian residential tenancies law. We do not find tenants for a commission, serve notices as your agent, appear at tribunals for you, or hold bond money. You remain responsible for your legal duties as a landlord or renter. Bond stays with your state bond authority process.

How money works

Rent paid through MyRentAll goes 100% to the landlord’s connected account. The landlord pays a platform fee of 2.9% GST-inclusive only after rent succeeds. The renter never pays our platform fee. See /pricing for the fee model.
